Thank you for placing a pre-order with Ian Lydiard.

By placing a pre-order you agree to the following conditions.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order reserves a copy of a book before it becomes generally available.

Publication dates are supplied by publishers and are estimates only.

Payment is taken in full when your pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.

This reserves your copy.

Publishers occasionally change publication dates.

Ian Lydiard cannot guarantee release dates and accepts no responsibility for delays outside our control.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold your order until all items are available.

If separate shipping is requested, additional shipping charges may apply.

Publishers may change:

These changes do not automatically entitle customers to cancel their order.

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been packed for dispatch.

Once dispatched, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

If a publisher cancels a title or we cannot obtain stock, a full refund will be provided.

Signed editions, collector's editions and limited releases are subject to publisher allocation.

Where stock allocations are reduced, orders will generally be fulfilled in the order they were received.

If we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued.

Nothing in these conditions affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
